How to cook Nutristeak?
Nutristeak is cooked like a conventional minced steak. It can also be shredded to obtain ground meat.
Is the taste of offal strong?
Eaten plain, the taste of offal is perceptible but not dominant. In a hamburger or in a sauce, it becomes discreet.
Where does meat come from, and how is it raised?
Minced meat comes exclusively from Bio-Suisse-certified farms in Geneva. The animals are raised outdoors and eat mainly grass and roughage (maximum 5% cereals). Where possible, offal (liver and heart) is sourced from the same farm. When they are not available, we source them from other non-organic Swiss farms.
What is Nutristeak made of?
The recipe is simple and 100% natural:
