Wagyu beef tallow

Healthy, tasty cooking fat
Tallow is derived from beef fat, which is rendered, filtered and sterilized. With its high smoke point, it does not oxidize or go rancid, even at high temperatures. Tallow brings a characteristic flavor and depth not possible with vegetable oils.
